I use InkPad notes to keep track of all story Ideas I use scrivener and I will continue to use it. I have written most of my books on the simple Notes app on my iphoneįor picture books with bleed you need something that gives you margins and gutters and allows you to extend images into the margins. I use Google docs but have also used dabble and Atticus. I use Grammarly, not perfect, but it does help a lot. It is also very simple to format a text and lay out margins, headers and footers. I like Word because it has a good read-back facility which I find priceless for finding the smallest spelling and grammar mistakes. I use Microsoft Word to type it and save to PDF.
